ON THE BEACH, down the stairs and your on THE BEACH Lalaland/Gulf Heaven

Our home (lalaland) sits on pilings (stilts) approximately 20 feet in the air.Y ES, Directly on the beach. It feels like your the only house there. Nothing to the right or left. Listen to the surf , music to your ears. Paradise.Wildlife abundant.
You will arrive at our home by boat (your boat, rental boat, private water taxi). You can dock your boat on our private community dock #6. Load up all that you brought on our courtesy golf cart, available for checking in & out. Drive directly to the beach and there is Lalaland, waiting for you.Beautiful blue water and white sand , as far as you can see.

Enter through the gated/fenced /decked /shaded area under the house. There is a propane grill, adirondak chairs, outdoor tables and chairs. A hot/cold private beach shower.Beach toys, rafts, kayaks. Bring your bathing suits and sunscreen.Relax & Enjoy.

Go up the stairs to the balcony and encounter one of the best views of beautiful Florida at its finest. Count the dolphins and the many fish that you can spot.
Enter the house through the front door or the sliders.
Full kitchen, dining room and living room (pull out queen bed) look over the Gulf Waters.
Off of the living room, through the privacy door, on your right is a full bath, on your left a full laundry room. Straight ahead the bedroom, king bed, fan, tv, nightstands/lights dresser & closetwith beautiful views of the southern end of LGI.
Off of the dining room, through the privacy door on your left is a full bath. Straight ahead a bedroom , king bed, ceiling fan, tv , nightstands, reading lights, dresser, closet. A fantastic view of the North end of LGI, Don Pedro State Park.
