Happy Place

Happy Place is a 5/4.5 gulf view home located in the Clifton Beach Subdivision which has access to a beautiful community pool. This is the perfect vacation destination for your family, or large group of friends.

The home has a large open concept and outdoor living area that allows everyone to spread out or be all together.

On the ground floor as you walk in the door you will find a full bathroom and a short hallway that leads to a “bunk room” with awesome custom built bunk beds that each have three twins on either side which allows for 6 kids or 6 adults to sleep comfortably, the bonus room next to the bunk room is what we like to call the game room or the kids zone. With a futon, large flat screen TV and all the board games one would ever dream of having will result in hours of fun and quality time together. The washer and dryer is also located on this level.

When you come up the stairs to the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are beautifully decorated and each have a queen bed with beautiful views of the gulf and a shared screened in porch. There is also a full bathroom across the hall.

At the end of the hallway you will find a large master bedroom with a kind bed (one of two masters). There is also a full attached bathroom and access onto the deck.

On the third floor you’ll find a huge open concept kitchen, dining room and living room allowing everyone to come together, with expansive views of the Gulf from every window and great outdoor decks overlooking the sugary sand beaches of the Peninsula. The second master is also located on this level with a king bed and access to a full attached bathroom.

The kitchen is stocked with everything we think you will need during your stay, pots and pans, glasses, dishware, cooking utensils, etc. Perfect for prepping and cooking meals!

Each bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV. There is also WIFI and a landline telephone.

On the ground level leading to the beach you will pass a large outdoor shower that is connected to a bathroom with a large washing sink. Making trips to the house from the beach a lot less stressful.

The Trading Post and Scallop Cove Market/Gas Station (the only 2 stores) on the Peninsula are within walking distance making it easy when you need something or crave a donut from the famous Weber’s Donuts.

– Open concept living room w large sectional couch, regular couch and two chairs for additional seating. Also a flat screen mounted to the wall.
– Dining room with seating for eight.
– Fully stocked kitchen w/bar that has seating for four.
– Bedroom 5: King bedroom w/full attached bathroom that has walk in shower.
