Welcome to “BEACH YOURSELF in PCB” – this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath NEWLY REMODELED Multi Level Home Sleeps 9 with a shared pool, right outside the back patio and is just a short 5 min walk to the white sandy beaches and is located off Thomas Drive on the east end of PCB.

The main level of the home offers a large living room area. Which opens to the dining area & spacious kitchen, so no matter where you are, you are always part of the fun. This level also offers a half bath off the hallway.

The second level of the home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

The Master Bedroom Suite offers a large spacious room with King bed, twin over twin bunk bed for your little ones to sleep, a private balcony & private en suite bath with tub/shower combo & full motion mount 65' ROKU tv on a fully adjustable mount, so the tv can be adjusted to view from anywhere in the room.

Bedroom 2 offers a full bed, 50-inch ROKU tv on adjustable mount and access to the shared balcony.

Bedroom 3 offers a twin over full bed, 43-inch ROKU tv and access to shared balcony.

You have a full bath off the hallway, which houses a full-size washer n dryer and double sinks with tub/shower combo.

The driveway offers space for 2 standard sized vehicles ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

THINGS TO NOTE:

We provide a STARTER PACK only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay.

Rental Agreement MUST be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.

This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.

RENTER MUST BE 25 @ & MUST be present during the entire stay, we also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Check in time is 4 PM: we DO NOT allow early check in during prime season.

Guests are NOT allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.

Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.
RING CAMERA NOTICE: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.

This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if any evidence of a pet is found OR if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00.
