This light & breezy ground floor condo is in a gated waterfront community and is your home away from home! Kitchen is beautiful with plenty of room. Master bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted tv and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The Jack & Jill bathroom has a shower and large vanity with double sinks. New, full-sized washer & dryer. Swim in the pool and enjoy the sun in the chaise lounges that are just 40 steps away from front door. Or swim at the other community pool. There is a nice enclosed back porch with a grill right outside. Catch your own fish from the 4 private community fishing piers right here! The common area by the front office has a billiards room with 2 pool tables, an impressive gym, men's and women's separate saunas with changing/shower rooms! MBYCC is a gated community with security cameras throughout the entire complex for our safety. It is on the water and only a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunsets.....walk to bars - The Saltwater Hippie Beach Bar - The Daiquiri Deck. The ROC Park is next door with a ball field, tennis courts, basketball courts, splash pad, and playground. A short 2 mile drive to the famous John's Pass Village for fishing charters, shopping, Bubba Gumps, Hooters, Overhead Surf Shop and so much more!

Archibald Beach Park is 0.3 miles away and is only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute by car.
Grocery store (Winn Dixie) is 0.2 miles away, a 4 minute walk or a 1 minute drive.

Please respect our home just as you would respect your home. Excessive noise or rowdy complaints from owners will possibly require removal without a refund by condo association.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the condo at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Owners live in the complex.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You will be charged $500.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor.
