Go swimming in the huge heated private pool or go to the water and enjoy paddle boarding or kayaking to the Gulf of Mexico! After a long day at the beach unwind with a great fire pit! Play your music and enjoy. Every guest says the same thing "I was so relaxed I needed this! The property is tranquility at its BEST! Boating options available. Go look at the other listings and look at the map! You will see that you are on an estate property and the others are right next to their neighbor and no parking here you have privacy and isnt that what you want??? You have plenty of parking and have your friends stop over plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The 4 bedrooms all have a separate blow up top of the line mattress with built in air compressor. The couch is amazing and can sleep 2-3 people and the second couch is a pull out queen sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. So each bedroom you can add one of the blow up mattresses or there are other areas where they can be placed for privacy. The additional beds listed are ALL blow up mattresses so you can move them to what works best for you but there is ONLY one bed per room + the 4 blow up mattresses. You are 5 minutes from everything! We are 5 Minutes from the beach, downtown, crazy good location and hidden in the woods. This is one of the last of the large wooded lots in Sarasota close to Siesta Key on the water. Private drive on the water Kayak, Paddle Board enjoy Kayaks and Paddle boards are free for guest to use but you MUST reserve them ahead of time and keep your reservation times as other guest can use them as well. You can park 10-20 cars no problem This is great for a wedding or decent size event Ask us about boating from the back yard to the Gulf of Mexico

With almost 1 acre on the water with the main house with heated pool and tons of trees it was an oasis with kayaks, paddle boards, fire pits tree swings and hammocks 5 minutes from the beach or rent the pontoon in the back yard and go to the beach or sand bar or any of the amazing restaurants on the water. Its 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to downtown best location anywhere!

Why this property? You wont find a 1 acre property on the water anywhere like this! Privacy in the woods directly on the water! Take the kayaks with the manatees or fish right off the dock. 4 private suites with a covered pool Lanai with TV to watch while swimming! This is an amazing 5 star rated property with all the bells and wistles.

Just returned from a magnificient 3 week stay at this perfect location! We stayed here last year, and had no doubt we would be back. First, just let us say the house location is amazing! It is set back in a secluded lot which gives you all the privacy you need. You are also positioned directly on water (canal) which leads either direction to ocean waters. There is a super nice dock for relaxing, fishing, etc., and also a really nice pontoon parked there for daily rental. Highly recommend at least one day out on the pontoon, you will not be disappointed it was just the best day! The house itself is set up perfectly for multiple guests. Each bedroom has its own self contained feel, equipped with full baths, comfy quality beds, tv, and more, It is almost as if you have multiple hotel rooms with in the home. This set up is perfect if you feel the need to get away for a couple hours and take some down time on your own. The house is decorated exquistely, filled with interesting furniture pieces and wall art. The kitchen is more than equipped in detail, and has everything even the finest of chef could want. .You will have full access to updated washer and dryer too, There is so much to love about this house, our favorite however is the private screened in pool, complete with covered lanai. We loved to meet our friends and family there every morning for coffee, catch the morning news on the big screen tv, or take a morning swim. After the beach, we would come back and spend a liesurely afternoon floating in the pool, and maybe engage in a "five o'clock somewhere" lol. We grilled many beautiful dinners here, and followed by game nights, while taking in the ambience of the bamboo lanterns hanging in the most mysterious, glorious tree ever. Its all so fantastic. As you can tell we just love this place! Its close and only minutes to many beaches, Siesta Key being our favorite ! There are many great restraunts, fish markets, and shopping to enjoy. The property is so clean and well kept, Roy and Rose, ae the best and will bend ofver backwards to accomodate your every need. Needlees to say you will not be dissapointed and we look forward to another visit next year!
