Welcome to Whispering Water Villa, a waterfront home, located in the Solterra Resort, a gated community close to Disney!
You will feel relaxed as soon as you open the door to this BRAND NEW elegantly furnished 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home. Glass doors in the back opens to a large Lanai, Pool/Spa with water views ready to relax you with its whispering cool breeze.
The open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room is perfect for your whole family to spend time together making memories, while still having plenty of room to spread out. Every room has an ensuite bath, so no one has to compromise on who gets the best room. The main floor master has a huge soaker tub, walk in shower and double vanity as well as large patios doors that lead directly out to the private pool and spa. The spacious master suite upstairs has a walk in shower, double vanity and huge walk in closet. Kids of all ages will want to stay in the Mickey Mouse themed twin/double room with adorable Mickey touches. An additional king room and twin/double room are upstairs.
As you walk up the stairs there is a second lounge that will be a perfect spot for the teens and kids in your family with a huge 65" smart TV and PS4. It will be hard to drag the kids out of this space!
The garage has been transformed into a game room with smart TV, pool table, foosball, air hockey for your enjoyment.
Enjoy the amazing Florida sun in the covered backyard with pool, spa and fully furnished with seating and dining areas.
Solterra Resort is a gated community which boasts an enormous zero entry pool, jacuzzi, a corkscrew water slide, and lazy river. There is a stunning clubhouse for you to relax in with computers and printers should you need to conduct any business on your trip. There is a snack bar/grill that serves lunch, snacks, and beverages. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the pool after golfing or taking a break from the parks.

We offer some items to get you started on your stay with us. In order to replenish your needs during your stay there are multiple options nearby.
We have a few Keurig coffee and some tea, creamers, sugar, stevia to get you started during your stay, as well as a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, bath towels, pool towels, dish towels, dishwasher packets, laundry packets, salt and pepper packets.
The villa is located in Davenport, which is 12 miles from Disney and close to other parks and many golf courses! When you are on your way you will pass through Champions Gate which has grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. It is a beautifully laid out area. About 4 miles from the villa is Posner Park with stores such as Target, Starbucks, a movie theatre and several other shops and restaurants. Plenty of spots for any additional needs you may have during your stay.
**Please mention at time of booking if you would like pool/spa heat (recommended October through April) for $35. Spa Heat can be added during the summer months for $17.50/day We have a BBQ grill available for use of our guests for $50 per stay. This is not a stand alone hot tub, this is a spillover spa.
NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:
* You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
* Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.
* Effective 09/01/2023 there will be a Patron Fee for use if the Resort Amenities. Host will be prepaying for amenities usage for bookings in this Villa.
* After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
* Solterra Resort limits each home to four (4) cars per address. There are 2 designated spots in from of the villa and any further will need to park in MARKED spaces as per HOA rules.
* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $35/night + taxes.
* No pets are allowed.
* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.
As a private host, we do our best to offer a 5 Star vacation experience in our beautiful home. We highly recommend getting "cancel for any reason" travel insurance in case of any unforeseen issues that can arise. CFAR travel insurance can cover many risks including lodging cancelations and/or rental insurance at a minimal cost. All reservations made after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, weather, and other conditions that could impact your travel reservation. More than ever, we strongly urge each guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" insurance.

Whispering Water Villa was perfect in every way. The home was very clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. Our family enjoyed that each room was spacious with a bathroom connected to each room. The beds and linens were comfortable and provided a good night’s rest after multiple long days at the ball fields. The pool and back patio were thoroughly enjoyable; also clean and well situation with a table, lounging chairs, outdoor tv and grill. We loved that the home has no immediate back neighbors and faces the lake where we enjoyed watching the birds and gators from time to time. Our kids loved the pool table and other games in the garage. They preferred to hang out in there then go anywhere else. The outside of the home is maintained as good as the inside. The location of Solterra Resort is perfect to get you to all things Disney in a reasonable amount of time. We were very impressed and pleased with our stay. We will be returning to Davenport next year and would absolutely try to secure this home again. Devon is an extraordinary host! She was prompt to answer all of my questions and was tentative to all our needs. Thank you Devon for such an amazing stay. You’ve done an excellent job with Whispering Water Villa.

Every bedroom having its own bathroom was amazing, especially when traveling with some nearly teenage kids. Close to Disney, but traffic on I4 in the morning can be hectic. It took us anywhere from 20-40 mins to drive to Disney. House and pool were great, very clean, lots to do for kid, and close to shopping and Publix We would definitely stay here again.

We just returned from a week long stay at Whispering Water Villa and we were blown away! The house was so clean and tidy and the amenities that were provided were beyond our expectations. We loved that everyone had their own space and own washroom. Catching a glimpse of the alligator out back was a highlight of our trip! Any communication with Devon was quick and friendly. We would definitely return to Whispering Water Villa if we are ever in the Davenport area again. Thank you Devon!

My family of five enjoyed our stay at the Whispering Water Villa. No Complaints here! The house was easy to access and it was beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room in the home and many bathrooms to avoid any tention among teenagers. I enjoy the fact the floors are tile. It also helps to keep the house free of dirt and lingering dust mites. when the pool warmed up, it was the perfect temperature (and im a freez baby). After an hour or so, the spa was hot and relaxing. Access to the grocery store, Publix, was easy to get to. It was a good place for our family stay to be away from the bustle of people and traffic. I woudl recommend staying here. The owner was quick to answer any questions i had and was very personable. Thank You.

This was our first rental experience and it exceeded our expectations. The teenagers loved the lounging room on the 2nd floor with the gaming system, and the hot tub with outdoor TV for late-night movies. Their parents loved the bedroom layout with a bathroom for every bedroom. We appreciated the kitchen/dining area where we could gather for eating and card games. Personally, I was so impressed with our host, Devon Ostir. Any time we had a question, she promptly responded. We were so fortunate to work with someone of her caliber.

The house lived up to the listing and was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Beds were comfy, and kitchen was fully stocked. The back of the house and pool overlooks a lake, creating a serene setting. We had fun watching birds and occasionally an alligator. From the moment we contacted Devon when we were interested in the house, she was prompt, friendly and helpful, answering all the questions for our family. Will definitely stay again.

Loved staying at the villa! Beautiful, clean (still smells new, lol) and the host is awesome. She made sure we had a pac and play and a high chair, both brand new and still in the box when we arrived. The amenities at this villa are great, we had a wonderful time, thank you so much!
