This beauty is beachfront, bright, clean, quiet, and comfortable. When you're ready to relax on one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches, this is the place.

With tremendous views of the beach and the pool, it is ideally located on the 5th floor. The condo was recently upgraded and features 2 queen beds, a dining table for 4, two recliners, a Smart TV with HD service, a kitchenette that offers all appliances needed for meals or snacks, new flooring, fresh lighting, shiplap decor, new pots/pans, granite countertops, a completely remodeled bathroom with walk in shower, rainshower head, and barn doors, and a floor to ceiling window for gorgeous views of the Gulf + a Bay window that opens (NO PRIVATE BALCONY).

Enjoy sitting at the floor-length window, and open the large screened window to soak up the view while hearing the waves and smelling the salt air. There are no private balconies at this resort but every floor offers a large, communal balcony with comfy chairs to enjoy. And when you're ready to head out each day, we offer *COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE* - enjoy two chairs and an umbrella every day of your stay (March-October). No lugging your own--we're all about convenience for guests on vacation.

Avoid the crowds in this cozier complex (just 199 condos and 8 stories) that offers easy in and out and quick elevators. In the highly sought-after Thomas Drive area, Top of the Gulf is one of the best-maintained complexes offering all the beachside amenities you want to complement your vacation. The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous and the pool is stunning with a fun, oversized Adirondack chair and large swing alongside. A kids' pool is ideal for little ones, and ample pool chairs are available. Check out the shuffleboard court and cornhole boards for games in the sun or an inside game room that is newly remodeled gets you away from the heat. Right next to the pool is our internet cafe offering high-speed wifi in a shaded, AC-setting. And there is a fitness room with new equipment on property as well.

Getting to the sand is easy since Top of the Gulf is located directly on the beach. Returning from a day in the surf and sun, you are welcomed by surfboard-style showers, ample chairs overlooking the water, and shade if you desire it.

Our Surf Snack Shack operates in season with a delicious menu of eats and drinks (adult beverages and otherwise) sits between the pool and the beach--easily accessed from either. Or you can grill up your own fare on the provided guest grills.

Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex, and each floor features a large communal balcony with guest seating to soak up the view and the breeze.

Near the Resort are a number of walkable restaurants, including the iconic Pineapple Willies just about .5 mile down the beach plus Hammerhead Fred's, a great pizza place and even a Hershey's Ice Cream Shop. Within a short driving distance are a plethora of shops, restaurants and activities to delight every traveller. Check out Pier Park--an outdoor complex of shops, dining and featuring a Sky Wheel. There are many putt-putt and go-kart locations, several boating tour options, pontoon rentals to Shell Island, St Andrews State Park for some of the most pristine, calm water in the US, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe or Not, Shipwreck Island water park and much more.

A $30 parking/amenity fee is required by the Resort to be paid upon arrival. The minimum age to rent is 21, and the maximum guests allowed in the condo is 4. No pets or ESA allowed.

Perfectly located where S Thomas Drive meets Thomas Dr, among many of Panama City Beach's best restaurants. Guests can easily access any of the fantastic restaurants, water parks, grocery stores and more. We are less than 5 miles to Pier Park and approximately 6 miles to Frank Brown Park. A stroll down the beach will find you at Pineapple Willies, one of the most iconic, don't-miss restaurants/bars in PCB.
