Welcome to the Garlands Getaways Sandy Seahorse condo, located in 30A along the stunning Emerald Coast.

Positioned in Santa Rosa Beach (about 3.5 miles from Seaside) Garlands Getaways Sandy Seahorse is a compact but cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo just a 3-leisurely-minute stroll along flat ground to the amazing white sand beach and perfect for a single family or small group of friends. It features a living room with Smart TV that is as comfortable as it is refreshing and a kitchen that is well-equipped to serve up any meals for your group, and seating for 7.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed. The guest room features a comfy queen bed and a trundle bed. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Each bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper.

A washer/dryer and high speed fiber internet is available for your use.

We have a covered patio for dining al fresco or simply soaking up the Gulf Coast warmth. Resort grills are available for your use, and a small, grassy area just outside our villa offers space for little ones to burn off energy while staying in sight.

We do welcome furry friends (maximum of two dogs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 for one or $150 for two. NOTE: Walton County does not allow visitors' dogs on any of its beaches. A dog beach is located about 20 min away in PCB, and there is a dog park nearby as well (not on the beach). Minimum age to rent is 23; primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay.

The Resort offers one regular and one seasonally heated pool in very close proximity to our villa--one of which is just across from the front corner of our building, about 30 steps away. There are also tennis courts and a shuttleboard/cornhole court available. And we are just steps away from the white sand beaches of 30A.

SNOWBIRDS, enjoy amazing weather plus a heated pool and organized activities (like poker nights and yoga classes) throughout Nov-Feb. Ask about monthly rates.

BEFORE YOU BOOK - IMPORTANT NOTES:

The BEACH AREA for our guests is not immediately at the end of the boardwalk from the resort. Due to the private beach allocations in Walton County, our area of beach is a .2 mile, flat, easy walk (about 3-4 minutes) down a side street or down the beach itself. The resort also offers free tram service from the complex to this area during high season (mid March to mid September). Prior to booking, please see our photo that shows a map of the area including our location and the beach area for our resort to ensure you are comfortable with the location.

Area Information

Perfectly located between Panama City Beach and Destin (an easy drive to either if there are area attractions calling your name) and right in the heart of 30A. Our villa is walking distance to the beautiful beaches without crossing any roads/highways--it's just an easy, flat stroll through our resort complex.
