Beautiful HEATED pool home, bike to Siesta Key, quiet street, 1 MILE to beach
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Lovely 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 1800 sq. ft. West of the Trail pool home with screened enclosure and private fenced in backyard. (If you’re familiar with the Sarasota area “West of the Trail” is highly sought out and where the locals like to be ;) (Home is located West of Tamiami Trail/US 41). Located in South Sarasota with reasonable access to Siesta Key, St. Armands Circle, & downtown Sarasota. Pool heater optional and available November-April for an additional $25 per day (can be turned on for a minimum of 1 week increments- $175 per week). The pool also has solar panels which will warm it up approx. 10 degrees more than Gulf temps. This feature is great for hot sunny days, although on cooler/overcast days it will not be as warm unless you opt to turn the heater on. Fire pit located in the backyard to unwind over a drink or s'mores after a long fun day. Take an afternoon nap on the hammock while looking up at the trees and enjoying the privacy. Outdoor patio area is screened in to keep bugs out with patio seating and an outdoor TV. Gas grill provided. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ride your bike or take a jog over the South bridge with easy access to Siesta Key and only 1 mile to Crescent Beach (Access 12, my favorite beach). Beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, a cooler, and 3 bikes provided to you! Walk to the end of the street and you will find views of the Intercoastal which is nice for watching the sunset or try fishing off the sea wall. Walk over to Phillippi Estate Park where you can launch a kayak (2 provided with home), enjoy the playground, or have a picnic lunch with views of the water. There is a nice farmer's market Oct-April at the park with local handmade items, live music, and fresh fruits/veggies! Enjoy the convenient and easy access to Siesta Key without having to deal with traffic going on and off the island every time you go somewhere. There are several wonderful restaurants all within walking distance (Thai, BBQ, and a coffee house/bakery that serves breakfast and lunch). Shopping and grocery stores right around the corner. The neighborhood is great for walking and is so quiet you would never know you are right in the center of such a vibrant location!
Renter MUST meet minimum age requirement of 28 years (driver license required prior to check in).
Strict maximum capacity of 6 people including ALL adults AND children.
Signed rental agreement, copy of driver's license, and $500 security deposit required prior to check in- will be released within 5 days of check out pending inspection/cleaning of property
Living room- comfortable leather sectional that reclines on each end.. Also enjoy a 60 inch Samsung smart TV. Youtube TV is active for guests- Netflix is available for connection if you have a personal account.
Kitchen- updated stainless steel appliances with open bar seating and views of the living room. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender, & a crock pot.
Family room- sofa and a chaise lounge which is the perfect little reading nook.
Master bedroom- queen bed with walk in closet filled with abundant shelving for all your items! Also enjoy a 32 inch smart TV.
Guest bedroom- 2 twin beds and spacious closet

All bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans***PLEASE NOTE-- AC cannot be turned down lower than 72 (can be set anywhere from 72-78) degrees as recommended by HVAC company and risk of freezing out the system and causing damage to unit and home to be warm while waiting to defrost...if you are not comfortable at these temps please do not book...thank you for understanding and just want to be upfront with guests ahead of time!***
Please specify PRIOR to arrival if you have small children and would like the baby safety pool fence put up- otherwise it will be down
