About the owner: We moved to Florida full time in 2012 from Maryland, we own our primary home which is Coral Oasis and two condos. We have rented and managed our two condo units for 9yrs now. We would like others to enjoy our waterfront home as much as we do. Fish from our dock and bring your boat or there are plenty of rentals available.

We are located just 2 miles from Anna Maria Island with beautiful beaches, bars and restaurant's as well as plenty of restaurants on land within a mile or two. Just 3 miles to IMG.
Our back faces the west we can enjoy every sunset.
