Lake views keep this home bright and peaceful as you look out at the gentle breezes moving the lily pads on Lake Carillon. Partial ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico are available from the top two decks.
Spacious outside patio and screened in porch provide additional space for family card games, crafts, and relaxation. A propane gas grill with outdoor lighting is available for guests to use for family meals. The main floor features a generous kitchen, large family room TV, washer; dryer, and ½ bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms: Primary room has King bed, full bathroom, second bedroom with King bed, and third bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor hall. All bedrooms have decks that face either Lake Carillon or the ocean.

Lake views keep this home bright and peaceful as you look out at the gentle breezes moving the lily pads on Lake Carillon. The main floor features a generous kitchen, large family room with 60 inch smart TV, washer & dryer, and ½ bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms: Primary room has King bed & full bathroom, second bedroom with King bed, and third bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor hall. All bedrooms have decks that face either Lake Carillon or the ocean. The third floor is the size of the entire first floor and is a great space for kids. One queen bed, 4 twins, bathroom with shower and a game table make this kid friendly area complete. There is also a 42 inch smart TV in this space. The third floor has outside decks on both sides with lake and ocean views. Wi-Fi and internet connectivity are available throughout the house. The home is equipped with a high chair, pack and play and small toddler table for our youngest guests. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests. Maximum 3 cars

The Carillon Beach community is a gated community of 300 homes where golf carts and bicycles abound. There are no busy streets to cross to get to the beach as this is a neighborhood type community. There are 3 pools in the community and a baby pool. Tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, open green space, and playground area are next to the large pool. Downtown Carillon features a pizza restaurant, wine store, hair and nail salon and spa, workout center, and general store for Carillon Beach wear and beach items. Carillon Beach is only a 10 minute drive from all the shops and restaurants of 30A. Come stay at this house named “Just One More Day” and you will learn why the guests keep coming back for more.
