Madeira Beach 2B/1B Villa - Walk to the beach & John's Pass

This unit is a fully furnished mid-term rental (2-7 months) just a couple blocks from Madeira Beach (about a 5 minute walk, beach supplies & wagon provided) and a short walk to John's Passe (5-8 minutes).

The rental is a 2/1 and it comes with two private patios and a fenced-in, well landscaped backyard. The lot is shared with another unit on the back right but only the driveway is shared. Your rental comes with two (2) parking spots.

Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, a dresser, and a TV. There's one shared bathroom with a shower and bath tub. The living area is HUGE with an L-shaped couch and a 55 inch SMART TV. There's also office space at the front with a desk and chair, and WiFi & internet is provided.

The kitchen is a full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, plenty of pantry space, an oven and stove top, and a double door fridge. Note, there is no dishwasher. To the left of the kitchen is extra storage space and an in-unit washer/dryer.

The second private patio is connected to the kitchen and is walled in with a high wooden privacy fence.

The backyard is off of one of the two bedrooms and has a second patio and a fenced in yard along with a storage shed. There's also a charcoal grill and fire pit for your use and a furniture set. This unit is typically used for vacation rentals. That means basic supplies will be given at the time of arrival and should last about 1 week. Beyond that you're expected to provide your own supplies, though your welcome to wash and re-use the towels and linens.
