This modern and stylish, two bedroom, two bathroom beach bungalow offers wood floors thoughout, stainless appliances, and granite counter tops giving you a cozy coastal feel! The kitchen is fully-equipped but if you prefer to cook outdoors; there is a propane grill available along with outdoor dining for four on the over-sized private deck with a hot tub to relax in after a day of shopping the Boutiques and Restaurants nearby. No credit is given in case of early departure, no-shows, inclement weather, acts of god and or mother nature. No subletting or assignment by the guest. All fees collected will NOT be returned upon cancellation unless the rental unit is re-rented for the entire period. If the unit is rented all fees collected will be refunded minus $150 service fee.
