Modern, clean home designed to help you relax and soak it all in. Screened in lanai over heated pool is perfect for enjoying the outdoors all day and night, as well as the amazing sunsets . In close proximity to beaches, marinas, restaurants & bars.
Fully equipped kitchen has a Keurig coffee bar. Two king beds, one queen bed and one pull-out queen bed. TV's in all bedrooms with laptop friendly workspaces. Patio has an outdoor grill with ample seating.
THE SPACE
The home includes a fully equipped kitchen and grill for all your culinary needs. The Keurig coffee bar will make your mornings a little extra special and the blender will help in making delicious tropical cocktails to enjoy by the pool.
This home offers two king beds, one queen bed and one pull-out queen sofa bed. We provide all linens for beds and bath towels. There are TV's in all bedrooms and if you have a little work to do, we have laptop friendly workspaces. The entire home is outfitted with high-speed wifi.
For that wonderful sunny day at the beach (or the pool), we provide beach towels, a cooler and an umbrella. If you're bringing a dog, we have water and food bowls, dog towels, and a fenced in yard so your furry friend can enjoy exploring the back yard.
NOTES
- Electricity is charged according to actual consumption at $0.20 per kW/h plus taxes. The consumption will be calculated based on the numbers from the electric meter of the house.
- Up to two small/medium dogs permitted. Not cats allowed.

About the owner: My husband and I are both from Minnesota. Traveling is our passion and our style of traveling is to soak in all we can from our surroundings. We enjoy every kind of trip whether it is adventurous, laid back, big cities, remote areas - we love it all.
When we are home we enjoy the variety of restaurants near us, live music scene and many outdoor activities - golfing, fishing, hiking, etc.
Why this property? We fell in love with the fun culture of Cape Coral. It's close to beaches, golf, etc but most importantly it's a great community with kind people, great food and so much to do. The gorgeous weather and beautiful sunsets are the cherry on top!
