Additional Information: 30 day minimum booking required. One-thousand dollar ($1,000) rental desposit will be required to reserve your stay. Free cancellation up to 30 days before reservation. If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of stay, only 25% of rental deposit will be returned. There is no smoking permitted in the home. Small dogs under 20lbs are permitted.
