How far is it to the beach access?
150 feet straight down seahorse lane in between Great Escape and the town homes
Can you explain the shared/private bath
Unique and very functional. Very much like a jack n jill bath +. Each side has a toilet sink area with a door that can be shut off from the tub/shower area for privacy. So you have 2 - 1/2 baths one for each bedroom and the tub/shower is shared.
It has 2 washer/dryers?
Yes the one located in the bath upstairs is a stack-able which will handle small loads only. The owners have put another full size washer/dryer in the downstairs storage room.
