Large master suite has a king size bed, with fresh new bed linens and 4 pillows. There is a walk-in closet with plenty of room for extended stay guest. Large master bathroom has a double vanity, large walk-in shower with optional rain head shower head and separate toilet closet for privacy, when needed. Second bedroom has a new queen-sized bed with fresh new linens and 4 pillows. Plent of close space here too. 3rd bedroom has 2 new twin beds, with 2 pillows each. Beds can be pulled together for one large bed, if guest need. Please give us a heads up if you need beds pulled together when you book. Plent of close space here too. There is a large laundry room with new GE washer and dryer. The back yard is large and fully fenced. There is a deck with an outside table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside when you want. Front yard is shady with large oak trees, circular driveway and nice front porch. House is just a block and a half away from the Palm Harbor Community Center and the Y. Both offer very reasonable daily and weekly enrollment options, so you have access to all the amenities, pool, workout equipment, games, etc. you will ever need.

About the owner: John grew up in Florida. Renata was born in Hungary but now calls Florida home. Our goal is to be best in class. We physically walk each property right before check-in, to make sure everything is perfect. We own these outright, not renting from a landlord, so we make the decision as to when and how to make repairs when needed. We don't have to wait on a landlord to approve and pay them.
We give you your space, but since we are local, we can stop by if you need us too.
