It's a duplex, so you have TWO kitchens and TWO washer/dryers. The open-concept living and dining area is the perfect gathering place, with large windows offering views of the lake. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the outdoor deck and grill are perfect for al fresco dining.

Our space is uniquely located near the heart of Orlando. We're next to Cypress grove park, great for out door exercising and walking, and five minutes from downtown.

With 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space.

Keep in mind that this is an older lake house and there is always room for improvement. Please review the listing and photos carefully to ensure the home is up to your standards.

You'll have access to both upstairs and downstairs units. Access to the upstairs unit is through the staircase on the left side.

The neighborhood is very safe, all the neighbors are extremely friendly, but please don't go knocking on their doors.
