Why this property? We fell in love at first sight with this property , which is our first Florida purchase. The neighborhood is so quiet that its an unusual occurrence that a car even drives by! The neighbors are friendly and will often stop and talk during their walk with the dog.

We had the pleasure of being the first renters in this beautiful house. The owner has furnished the house with every comfort of a high end hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and there is great shopping and restaurants very close by. I highly recommend this rental.

It was joy to stay in a newly renovated rental with brand new furniture and appliances. The spacious rooms are thoughtfully filled with all the comforts of home. An added bonus of a short walk to plenty of stores, restaurant and less than a mile from Pompano Beach. I highly recommend this rental for a relaxing stay and fun in the sun.

We just came back from our Florida vacation and this rental put our trip over the top. The house was immaculate, newly furnished, and the landscaping was like a tropical paradise. The heated pool, patio, and back yard were enjoyed daily and provided a great way to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The location is very close to the beach, great restaurants, and 5 star golf. The neighborhood was perfect for taking long walks each morning. The owner was accessible and attentive to any of our questions and needs during our vacation. We had such a great time here that we have already booked a trip for winter 2024 at this house. Overall fantastic experience and would highly recommend this rental to friends and family.

I had the opportunity to stay in both of host’s rentals and had a great experience. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house was clean, newly renovated and everything we expected it to be. The host as very attentive to our needs as well. We will absolutely be booking this house again.
