We are happy to present this beautiful renovated nautical decor 2 bedroom 2 bath Casita. Starfish is ONLY a 4 minute walk to the #1 beach in the USA. Spacious bedrooms with a King and en-suite in the Master, 2 XL twins with a jack and jill bathroom in Guest bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper, all brand new mattresses. Enjoy your morning coffee or an adult beverage in its own brand new, semi-private heated pool, (shared with Coral Reef when booked separately}

PLEASE NOTE: ANY reservation that is 21 days or longer will require an interim cleaning every 14 days at $125.00 per clean at the Guest expense.

The owner’s went over and beyond with the remodel of Starfish. New wall mounted TV's in each room. Fully stocked kitchen. With its own brand new, semi-private heated pool, (shared with Coral Reef when booked separately) with a sun shelf and sitting bench. Starfish sleeps 6. Bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart provided with this property. Private assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles.

The lush, tropical landscaping is lit at night creating special effects and with private porches and outdoor seating are available for relaxing and dining El fresco. For guests convenience we have a private washer and dryer. Also a propane BBQ grill for the griller in your group.

This property does NOT allow parties/celebrations of any nature; bachelorette, bachelor, wedding, birthday, etc. Also, no glassware in or on the pool deck. We provide plasticware for the pool area.


*Starfish Casita, which can be combined with Coral Reef Casita to create Villa Dom Brisa, for larger groups. Rent one Casita or both .

*PLEASE NOTE: The pool is shared between the two Casita's. Pool heater is set at 84 degrees from November 15th to April 15th, temperature is not guaranteed during cool weather. Pool may take a few days to recover to 84 degrees after cold nights


*Pet friendly for ONE dog under 25 lbs. An additional non refundable pet cleaning fee of $150.00. MUST contact owner/agent for approval. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET UNLESS YOU HAVE APPROVAL FROM THE OWNER/AGENT!


Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Guests shall not create noise [loud speaker] or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners/Guests. Creating a disturbance shall be grounds for immediate termination and Guests shall be required to immediately vacate the premises without refund. Quiet hour starts at 9:00 PM and pool area/ outdoor noise should always be kept to a minimum.

Property owner and or their agent DO NOT offer Concierge Services. As a courtesy we will offer dining, shopping, entertainment recommendations only. We will not provide additional services that are not outlined in the rental agreement.
