Come and enjoy our spacious 3100 sq ft tropical oasis with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two rooms have a king bed, one with a queen and two twins in the fourth room. There are 5 flat screen tv’s, wifi, HULU live TV and a chef’s kitchen. A screened in porch is a great space to enjoy your quiet morning coffee, reading or naps. Our manicured ¼ acre lot offers space and seclusion for you to enjoy the new 47 ft heated saltwater pool. We have a 90 ft composite dock with lighting which can accommodate your fishing vessel whether you choose to bring yours or decide to rent one. The covered fish cleaning station also offers plenty of shade while cleaning your bounty. We have 1 grill, 2 outdoor living spaces, refrigerators, and bait freezer make afternoons by the pool convenient. Coco Plum beach is only a short walk away. Our 200 ft wide deep-water channel offers quick ocean access and adjoins miles of natural waterways with mangrove tunnels for kayaking and a quick trip to the sand bars. Shopping, golfing, supermarkets and restaurants are minutes away...disclosure....there are outdoor security cameras. There are none poolside per Monroe County codes!

About the owner: My husband and I bought this property for our retirement. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. It's close to the beach, easy to bike and access to everything Marathon has to offer. We live here part time and are sharing it with you while we are away. This means our home is not a mill! We do not rent back to back. We are very involved. It is clean and functional. I only typically book 1-2 weeks max each month to give my cleaning crew adequate time in between to make sure everything is how we left it!
Why this property? We love this property for the pool and 1/4 acre. Most properties in the keys are small and you feel like you are living in an apartment. It's spacious enough to spread out and not feel like you are part of someone else's vacation!
