This brand new construction home on the west end of PCB is in the perfect location - just a short 2 minute walk to the beautiful turquoise waters of the gulf and a 10 minute drive to the restaurants and shops of Pier Park, local watering holes and attractions. The quiet neighborhood street makes it ideal for those that are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, while still having access to all that the area has to offer.

The second floor deck/patio offers gulf views and a relaxing space to take in the sunrises and sunsets of this beautiful destination.
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 13. The master bedroom located on the first floor boasts a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and an oversized tile shower. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a loft space with a daybed and trundle, perfect for accommodating kids. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have king size beds and the third is a bunk room with queen over queen bunk and single pullout trundle. An interleading jack and Jill bathroom connects the bunk room with the king room, but each have their own vanity and toilet areas and share just the shower.
The beautiful modern living space offers a spacious living and dining area. The kitchen boasts a sizeable island, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the necessary supplies to cook and cater for your family. A private back patio with dining table and conversation set provide yet another space for your group to relax and take in the salty sea air.
This home is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a travel crib and Highchair for your convenience, eliminating the need to bring those from home. All rooms are equipped with Smart Roku TV’s and free high speed internet is provided.
