Beach toys, towels, chairs make 5 minute walk to the public beach access at the end of the block a breeze! On the return, use the hose by the pool to freshwater wash the equipement and sand off in the grass.
American styled art, and a modern feel make this newly renovated home a true pleasure to relax in for an extended beachside stay. Brand new, well appointed kitchen with large stone island where family can gather with a large pull out bench for seating. New bathroom with new cast iron soaking tub make relaxing and bathing the kids an easy task!
After a long day, turn on the smart tv and tuck the kids into the comfy twin/trundle bed with brand new luxury linens to watch a movie in bed!
The balcony overlooks the pool and courtyard and you may be able to catch a launch if your there at the right time!

About the owner: We are a family of 4 and we love to travel! I grew up in the area and can assist with recommendations and such, if needed.. In our many travels we have taken note of what is to be expected and what is a nice touch in a place to stay and we have incorporated those, plus some, into our vacation rental.
Why this property? This is our beach home away from home and hope you can enjoy it as much as we do! Its a walk up 2nd floor, fully renovated unit with private laundry, in a small complex, just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, but only 45 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport. Nestled in a quiet little beach side community.
**We also have another fully renovated 1 bedroom unit in the same complex, if your looking for more room for your guests. Inquire to see its availability if need.**
