Cancelation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30-59 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't receive a refund. We highly suggest all travelers purchase Travel Insurance in these days and times.
No pets of any kind are allowed on or in the property.
No smoking of any substance is allowed inside the house. Outside smoking is permitted if all doors and windows are tightly shut. If our cleaners suspect smoking was taking place in the house, you will incur a $400 smoking fee to help remediate the smell (equipment and extra time are needed to remediate the smell).
A government issued photo ID is required for the primary person booking The Golden Pineapple. All people within the reservation must be listed, along with their ages.
No parties or gatherings are allowed on the property at any time. This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we respect our neighbors. If the host is alerted to extra people on the property during your stay, we will immediately cancel the reservation with no refund.

About the owner: Hello! My husband and I manage The Golden Pineapple and we love SW FL. I grew up in Michigan and hated the cold, so I moved as far south as I could to attend graduate school. I graduated from The University of Miami with my M.S.Ed. and eventually met my husband in Orlando, where he grew up.
We love the sunshine, warm days, and the beaches of SW FL and know you will, too!
Why this property? My parents lived in Bonita Springs for over 20 years, after living in Kalamazoo, MI for decades. My kids, husband, and I visited them in Bonita several times a year and fell in love with SW FL. We bought our home in Fort Myers because it's in a cute, mid-century modern neighborhood that is walkable, close to downtown, and is centralized within Fort Myers.

Name: jen snow - stayed in a great place a couple years ago. Really clean & comfortable. The owners were awesome, love to go back for a vacation. We rented during a family cancer crisis (my bro beat multiple myeloma)! So vacation time, back to have a visit SOON! Thanks
