2nd floor condo located 14 min from beach. Beautiful Heated pool just 40 ft from condo. Walking distance to bars and eateries. 3 miles from hwy 41 which is full of shopping , etc. Smart television in each bedroom. Two full baths, one with shower, one with bathtub. Outdoor grill.
$3500per month jan-April. Most other months are $2000

Area Information
The beach is open and still beautiful. A lot of the bars and restaurants were damaged, however there are places open. Sunsets are beautiful.

About the owner: Retired couple wishing to use our condo 3-4 months a year and rent it out the remaining time to help with cost and payments. Rates vary depending on the month. Summer specials for $2500 per month. No cleaning fees!
Why this property? Condo is centrally located near everything. There are only 24 units in complex so it is never crowded and the people are very friendly. We installed new granite countertops in the kitchen along with faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Painted the entire unit. Pool is kept clean and warm. Close to so much.
