Beautiful beach-front and ocean-view condo ideally located on Hollywood beach along side the Sian, Hyde, Beachwalk, Ocean Club, the other Tides, Sea Air towers, Alexander Tower, Westin Diplomat, Crown Plaza and walking distance to Walmart, restaurants, marinas, bike rentals, tiki bars on beach, and Hollywood boardwalk. We are owners of several condos on Hollywood Beach

Our 1br condos differ in bedding arrangement (some have a king, others 2 queen beds, and all have sofa beds), and on various floors ( th floors). All are nicely decorated, private WiFi in condo, HDTVs, beach chairs, ice-maker, iron/board, hairdryer and all the linens and kitchen settings to accommodate 2-6 people comfortably. Just bring your toothbrush and enjoy life on the beach.

- 1BED/1BATH 7th floor w/ocean view, 2 king beds from Jan 6 to Jan 12 and from Jan 24 to Jan 31 ($170/night or $1,100/week)

- 1BED/1BATH 6th floor w/ocean view, 2 queen beds from Jan 5 to Jan 11 and from Jan 21 to Jan 31 ($200/night or $1,225/week)

- 1BED/1BATH 6th floor w/ocean view, 2 queen beds from Jan 7 to Jan 11 and from Jan 24 to Jan 31 ($200/night or $1,225/week)

- 1BED/1BATH 8th floor w/intercoastal view, 2 queen beds from Jan 15 to Jan 30 ($170/night or $1,190/week)

- 1BED/1BATH 10th floor w/intercoastal view, 2 queen beds from Jan 8 to Jan 12 ($170/night or $1,190/week)

- 2BED/1.5BATH 11th floor w/ocean view, 1 king bed + 4 twin beds and sofa bed from Jan 3 to Jan 31 ($300/night or $2,100/week)

- 2BED/2BATH 6th floor w/ocean view, 4 queen beds from Jan 10 to Jan 31 ($300/night or $2,100/week)

OTHER APPLICABLE FEES (not included in the price of the stay)
1) Cleaning fee (1 time charge)
The cleaning fee for a 1 Bedroom unit is $170
The cleaning fee for a 2 Bedrooms unit is $200

2) Key Fob (non-refundable fee)
Upon your arrival, you will need to pay an activation fee of 30$USD for each key FOB purchased. One key fob must be purchased for 2 adults. Two key fob must be purchased for 3 or 4 adults.  Key FOB gives you access to building facilities, common areas (gym, pool, beach). This fee in payable on site upon your arrival at the guest office of the resort (by credit card only).
This fee is not included in the price of your stay.

2) Parking "Go-and-Come-as-You-Want"

Upon arrival, you must also pay the parking fee related to your stay at the valet parking counter next to the main entrance of the 3901 building. Covered and non-covered parking lots are available.

Parking fees are payable in cash or by credit card (cash is preferred if the credit card processing system is out of order):

- 1 Week : $75 *e.g., if you stay 2 or 5 days, resort will charge $75
- 2 Weeks : $100
- 3 Weeks : $125
- 1 Month:$150

*note: the resort asks for a $20 refundable CASH deposit, in exchange for a self-parking gate-opener that should be placed inside your car.
* Parking fees are subject to change.

3) Online orders (Amazon, e-Bay,…)
Online orders under your name and have your packages delivered at the condo are possible. Please note that the resort will charge $7/package. These fees are extra and are not included in the price of your stay.

4) COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM & TRASH ROOM
A Community Laundry Room is available on each floor of the building and is located directly on the right of the Service elevator with the Trash room.
Each Laundry room has 2 Professional washing and drying machines that work with a chip card that is made available to you in the condo. To do laundry, you must reload the chipcard at the payment machine that is located on the ground floor. The washer costs 1,85$/use, Dryer costs 1,85$/use (these costs are not included in the price of the stay and are subject to change).
