This stunning vacation home, refurbished in June 2022 comfortably provides accommodation for up to 16 and is located in the Stunning Solara Resort – one of the newest and most in demand premium resorts in Orlando. At over 4000 square feet, this home is larger than most 7-bedroom homes in the community.

An additional benefit of this home is it is within comfortable walking distance (3 minutes) from the clubhouse amenities – all of which are included at no extra cost when you book with Shine Villas.

Open Plan Living downstairs with a large dining table, plenty of seating at the kitchen bar area and a large couch with the main living area television.

This area has direct access to the pool deck, the outside private pool and spa, dining table and outdoor couch.

You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is access to the Club House, resort, and amenities, NO RESORT FEES with us. These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, heated zero entry resort pool with cabana loungers. Children’s splash zone / pad area and a gym as well!

Other than food and drink at the restaurant (which is fairly priced – Shine Villas recommends the house burger and fries at around $11) and bar, and the Flo Rider SURF SIMULATOR (this is the only optional add-on at the resort), access to all facilities are included in your nightly rate – no resort fees here! Just take along a towel or two from the pool towel stock in the home, and you are set to go!

5. “Rebellion” Let’s hope there isn’t a rebellion deciding who will sleep in this Star Wars themed twin bedroom suite with 2 x twin beds Back upstairs. Jedis can their weary heads. Sleeps up to 2.

Pool

A large heated zero-entry resort swimming pool with a splash pad and waterslide as well as a Flow Rider surf simulator.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.

The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, and early spring and if you wish to have the spa heated. Pool heating will include spa heating to turn the bubbles into a steaming hot tub.

The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.

As with any pool in central Florida, it should be noted that pool heating by its nature depends on the ambient temperature. The pool may take 24 or more hours to reach maximum temperature once activated and possibly longer in cooler temperatures - which are rare in Central Florida but we do get them!

All pool heaters operate for between 8 and 12 hours a day, which mirrors the period where the pool pump is running. Local ordinances prevent pumps from being left on overnight. Please be aware that Pool heating will not make a 10 000+ gallon pool feel hot in fall or winter, so please be aware of this when choosing to activate pool heating. Pool heating systems are designed to assist in taking the 'chill' off a pool during the cooler months and a pool will never feel hot like a bathtub might.

The heating system will perform pool warming up to a maximum of 15-20 degrees above the ambient temperature or 88 degrees, whichever is the lower. At temperatures below 50 degrees, the system will pause to protect against damage by freezing. By paying for pool heating, it is agreed that pool heating payments are made in exchange for the activation and operation of the system. No target temperature can be guaranteed. Refunds will not be payable in the event of the external temperature being cool, the freeze guard activating, and or the temperature being perceived as too cool to swim on a particular day.

Pool heating fees are paid in exchange for the activation and having the system set on and working as intended and not in exchange for a guarantee of a specific pool temperature. Please remember that a pool will almost always feel chilly on entry, even when the pool heater has increased the temperature of the pool above the level it would have been without heating.

Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. If booked during the stay, an activation fee may apply.
