3 Bed Highlands Reserve Home w/ Pool, Games Room & Golf Views

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathoom vacation home is located in the golfing community of Highlands Reserve and is less than 10 miles from Disney World. There are two living room areas, a formal living room and an informal living room. The formal living room is located right at the front of the house. It has two comfortable sofas, and it makes for a great place for a small group to sit down together and enjoy a nice conversation. The second living room is located at the back of the house and it has a modern L-shaped sofa, arm chair and flat screen TV for watching all your favorite movies on. Plan on doing some cooking while staying here? You won’t be disappointed. It has modern appliances and comes with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you’d need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast dining table, which seats four, or at the formal dining table at the front of the house, which seats up to six people. Want somewhere to cool off after a long day out at the parks? No problem! Head to the screened-in pool area at the back, and you’ll find a lagoon-shaped pool, sunbeds, and a lanai with a couple of tables to sit around. The best part? The views of the golf course! There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And the third bedroom has two twin beds, which are great for younger children. Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and laundry facilities.
