The space
The condo comes fully furnished and features a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen, fresh linens, towels, WiFi, 2 smart TVs, books and games, workspace, and more. Perfect for up to 4 guests. Pack’n’play is available. Condo is located on the second floor.

Guest access
3 heated pools, BBQ area, carwash, clubhouse, laundry rooms (key required, washer load cost $1.25, and the dryer is .75 cents.), sauna, all community amenities, free parking (parking pass required)

Other things to note
To receive a parking pass and keep our community safe, all guests are required to be registered with the HOA. Upon your booking, you will be asked to provide your email address. You will receive a registration/application form to fill out. Registration is free and requires basic info (names, amount of guests, etc. and includes Rules & Regulations for the community)
