It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need!
We recently renovated the condo and it has new appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer).
Also brandnew hurricane windows got installed!
Oasis at Naples offers 2 heated Pools, Hottub, 2 Tennis courts and 2 fitness rooms!
Price:
December 2023: weekly $ 630 or monthly $ 1800
Cleaning fee: $ 150
Refundable deposit: $ 700
Water, internet, basic TV channels is included
Electricity till an amount of $ 50 is included.
No smoking in the unit! No pets in the unit!
