Located in the second bedroom are two plush queen beds, comfortably sleeping 4 people. Attached to the second bedroom is a large bathroom with a bath/shower combo and large vanity with plenty of storage for guests. A brand new washer and dryer is located in the hallway for your convenience. Enjoy a night in and whip up dinner in the chef-style kitchen with stainless steel GE Energy Star appliances. Things to know:
Pinewood 345 also offers complimentary concierge service through The Holiday Lifestyle Management Co. A member of their team will be available to assist with your accommodations and with special bookings such as: bike/paddle board/beach chair rentals, dinner/entertainment recommendations, special occasion needs. Included in your stay are two parking spots.
While you can enjoy the beautiful new construction of Pinewood 345, please keep in mind that other buildings in the condominium are undergoing final construction phases. Amenities such as a zero-entry pool, executive center, fitness center, coffee shop and restaurant will be opening later this year and not available at this current date. There will be on-site construction equipment and crews on property, only during the hours of 7AM - 6PM.
-No parties or events….Walton county noise ordinance is 10pm cst
-No unregistered guests or visitors unless approved with management company
-Dispose all garbage in a trash can located inside your unit
-Park in designated spots only
-2 vehicles max per unit
-No hanging or sitting on balcony railing
-Any child under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult while being on the balcony
-No towels or clothing to be hung over balcony railing
-When leaving the unit, lock doors and turn off lights
-If something has been broken during the stay, report immediately. If the cost exceeds security deposit, the costs will be billed to guests and reported to airbnb
-On check out day, please place any dirt dishes in the dishwasher and start, place any used towels in tub or shower, take out trash to dumpster located closest to the building
-In the case of failure to adhere to these rules, there are the potentials of being charged a penalty fine and or eviction, etc.
