In the living room is a comfortable pull out sofa for guests! In the master bedroom, you will find a luxury king bed with soft white linens for a good night of rest, as well as a desk and comfortable desk chair to get some work done. The large luxury walk-in closet has custom wood shelving for you to unpack and then immediately unwind. The brand new bathroom has a large shower, that is ada certified, plenty of storage, and a vanity perfect for getting ready for a night out. A brand new washer/dryer combo (ada certified) is located in the kitchen area closet for your convenience. While you can enjoy the beautiful new construction of 328, please keep in mind that other buildings in the condominium are undergoing final construction phases. Amenities such as a zero-entry pool, executive center, fitness center, coffee shop and restaurant will be opening later this year and not available at this current date. There will be on-site construction equipment and crews on property, only during the hours of 7AM - 6PM.
