Included in your stay are two parking spots.

While you can enjoy the beautiful new construction of 323, please keep in mind that other buildings in the condominium are undergoing final construction phases. Amenities such as a zero-entry pool, executive center, fitness center, coffee shop and restaurant will be opening later this year and not available at this current date. There will be on-site construction equipment and crews on property, only during the hours of 7AM - 6PM.
