While you can enjoy the beautiful new construction of 315, please keep in mind that other buildings in the condominium are undergoing final construction phases. Amenities such as a zero-entry pool, executive center, fitness center, coffee shop and restaurant will be opening later this year and not available at this current date. There will be on-site construction equipment and crews on property, only during the hours of 7AM - 6PM.
