A member of their team will be available to assist with your accommodations and with special bookings such as: bike/paddle board/beach chair rentals, dinner/entertainment recommendations, special occasion needs. Included in your booking are two parking spots.
While you can enjoy the beautiful new construction of 313, please keep in mind that other buildings in the condominium are undergoing final construction phases. Amenities such as a zero-entry pool, executive center, fitness center, coffee shop and restaurant will be opening later this year and not available at this current date.
