Five miles of bike/walking and jogging path along Destin's Scenic Gulf Drive are right in front of Gulfview property. Walk to Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's and the Crab Trap just to name a few close restaurants. You are a short drive to Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Outlet Mall and the beautiful Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Gulfview Condominiums require at least one adult 25 or older to be present during the

stay and be on the lease.

No fires or open flames including candles are allowed in unit or on property.

Pets are NOT allowed. There is a $250. fine and you will be asked to leave with no kind of refund being given. (there are cameras monitoring hallways and parking lots)

Early Check ins are possible with approval and are subject to a $100 Charge.

This is a non-smoking property and this includes vaping. If smoke is smelled upon your departure there will be a cleaning fee added of whatever cleaners costs to rid the room of the smell. DO NOT SMOKE OR VAPE PLEASE!

Quiet time is 10PM to 8AM. Please be respectful of others.

There is no elevator in this complex. You will go to the 3rd floor. Aprox 32 steps.
