Our newly remodeled home offers casual elegance and incredible vistas of the Gulf while being centrally located so you can enjoy the charm and family-friendly amenities of Miramar Beach. Walk next door to the world-famous Pompano Joe’s beach restaurant. Award-winning restaurants, golf, and shopping are all located nearby.

Costa Dreams is located directly on the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach at the Costa Del Sol complex. This beachfront retreat grants you private access to the sugar white sands. This home was newly remodeled before Spring of 2020 with new decks, furniture, lighting, kitchen, and furnishings. Amenities include grand balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, direct access to the private beach, and a TV with over 200 free movies. We include a complimentary beach chair setup** from March - October.

The interior of Costa Dreams is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. You are provided with an incredible view from the kitchen, living area, and Master Bedroom. The beach level of the home has its own private entrance located on the beach deck.

Layout Sleeps 12:
1st Floor - Private Beach-Level Entryway | Living Area With Kitchenette, Washer and Dryer, Queen Sleeper Sofa and Twin Over Twin Bunks (sleeps 4) | Queen Bedroom and bathroom (sleeps 2) | Deck. Note, this level does not have wifi service.
2nd Floor - Main Entry From Parking Lot and Living Area With Open Kitchen and Dining | ½ Bath | Balcony With Stairs Leading To Beach and 1st Floor Private Entry.
3rd Floor - King Master with Balcony and Bathroom (sleeps 2) | Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Bathroom (sleeps 4).
Complimentary uncovered parking is available for up to two standard vehicles. No XL vehicles, trailers, or buses are allowed. NO overflow parking available here.
Additional parking may be found at any of the public lots throughout the Destin area.
Not tents or canopies allowed on the private beach.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in the forfeiture of your stay.
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
