Welcome to The Palms at Young Circle! A family-owned, family-managed, boutique short term furnished apartment. After booking, every guest receives our detailed online local guidebook and property house manual as well as a video tour link of the entire studio space to properly plan your stay.

Your private apartment is located *inside a gated community* with a visible, outside security camera system. It's perfect for small families and can accommodate up to 3 people, with a fully stocked kitchen, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher and lots of tea and coffee to caffeinate. :-)

It comes with a free assigned parking space, free WiFi, and over 25 basic and local (HD) channels on a 39-inch Insignia HDTV with Roku stick. Your Roku TV comes with a free Roku channel with over 1,200 free movies, shows, music and live TV included. So there's ALWAYS something entertaining to watch for the whole family whether it's crime, drama, documentaries, cartoons, sports, thrillers or music on Pandora!

Our charming studio now offers an office amenities package, which includes a second workstation with a wireless color printer and all necessary supplies for all your work from home needs. Our high-speed internet (125mbps+ downloads and 20mbps+ uploads) is serviced directly through our Comcast business account which provides a more robust bandwidth than consumer accounts = reliability. So you can confidently host or join your Zoom meetings, video conferences, and online presentations with no issues, as many of our guests have already done.

Newly added amenities include new kitchen cabinets, an eco-friendly energy-star rated dishwasher, a new quartz countertop with deep sink, and an updated bathroom and vanity. Other eco-friendly features and upgrades include high-impact windows, attic insulation, and a quiet and efficient mini split AC with both cooling and heating.

Your Queen sized bed is made with all-Hypoallergenic, 1800 Series Hotel Collection bed sheets, LANGRIA Luxury Hotel Collection 100% Cotton Plush Pillows and a Chezmoi Collection, Austin 3-Piece Bedspread. We also added another set of Hypoallergenic, Beckham Hotel Collection Luxury Gel Pillows.

WHAT ARE OUR CLEANING STANDARDS & PROCEDURES?

The cleaning company we work with have always maintained very high cleaning standards, as you can see from our reviews over the past 2 years. You might be surprised to learn that even many 4 and 5-star hotels around the world don't use mattress encasements, box spring encasements and pillow protectors -- which you'll find in all our properties at all times and is 100% waterproof and hypoallergenic. This is the most sanitary and hygienic Vacation Rental practice to protect the integrity of the bedding and linens. It's something you won't find us mention anywhere else, but have always done from even before we opened on our first day.

For all white linens and towels we work with a professional laundry and dry clean company that uses hot water and bleach mixed with some baking soda. After 20 years in service, they use the products they have found to produce the best cleaning results while still being gentle enough for most with skin sensitivities. They service large hotels in the area and use the same best-practice cleaning procedures with all their clients.

Beginning March 2020, we began sanitizing all fixtures, doorknobs, handles, light switches, remotes, etc with Lysol. Our cleaning crew uses surgical gloves at all times and disinfecting all surfaces wherever possible.

Our goal is not only to meet all CDC recommendations and guidelines but to exceed them.

Lastly, between every single turn over between guests, we have a unit inspector go through the property to make sure nothing has been missed with cleaning, stocking and supplies, staging and damages. An ozone generator is run after each turn over for approximately 180 minutes which kills 99.8% of all bacteria in the air, and is also considered effective against viruses. The property is then ventilated the next day so we leave 3 days between each turnover.

We are EAST of Dixie Highway, and only 2 miles to the beach and the legendary Hollywood Boardwalk. Get there in less than 10 minutes by Uber, or taking the FREE Hollywood Sun Shuttle that will pick you up in the front driveway and take you to the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk!

Then watch free, live music almost every evening at the Hollywood Bandshell at the new Margaritaville. Or visit the new Hard Rock Casino Guitar Hotel that stands at 450 feet tall! It can be easily seen when approaching the Ft Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport, especially when the building and guitar strings are lit up and reaching straight into the sky.

New Publix Grocery Store is a 10-minute walk and has a pharmacy included. Or visit the Young Circle Arts Park where swings, food trucks, free live music and festivals await.

Just exit the property and within a block, you'll see the rooftop pool and bar at Circ Hotel lit up and glowing different colors at night, and follow it to the Young Circle Park.

Best of all, you're 15 minutes or less away from anywhere you want to be in South Florida. Downtown Hollywood is an artsy hub, perfectly situated between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Hollywood has recently undergone a development boom and has become known as a diverse, vibrant, eclectic and attractive economic alternative to Ft Lauderdale.
