Private gated community. Up to 4 cars may park in the driveway and there are additional guest parking lots throughout the resort (first come, first served). No grass or street parking or blocking the sidewalk. Violators may be towed at owners expense.

RULES:

1. Pets are not allowed. Any pet found to have been on the property will result in forfeit of your security deposit.
2. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in our home or garage.
3. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am.
4. ALL trash must be bagged in 13 gallon bags and placed in trash receptacle for pick up.
5. Checkout is 10 am unless otherwise agreed to by owner in writing. Guest may be charged $100/half hour for late checkout as our cleaners will be on time to have the home prepared for the next guest.

This property requires a valid ID, signed rental agreement and a credit card on file prior to check-in. There will be a $500 credit card hold placed on your card 2 days prior to arrival and it will be released 3 days following your departure assuming there is no damage or additional cleaning required due to your stay.

There are security cameras outdoors at the front and side of the house recording audio and video. There is also a noise monitor inside that measures decibel levels. Tampering with or disabling the internet or security equipment will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given.
