This 4200 sq-ft stunning, gulf front beach home is located in the quaint, coastal beach town of Port st Joe.
Your own private beach, spectacular water views from all 3 floors and a private heated pool create the ultimate space for relaxation and enjoying family.
This ultra spacious, stylish home sleeps 16. All bedrooms have king sized beds (2 have bunks for kiddos as well), ensuite bathrooms. It features a large open floor plan for kitchen/living/dining area. It is 1 mile to Mexico Beach.

This home is gulf front with a private beach (no public access for miles in either direction). Walk straight onto the sand from the back porch and from the pool deck.
The first floor has three bedrooms. Two of those have a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The third room has a king size bed and a twin over full bunk, also with an en suite bathroom. The laundry room is also on this level.

The second floor is the main living area with the kitchen, dining and living room, and a half bathroom.

The third floor is the oversized master suite. It has a king size bed, a full over full bunk, a living room space with a pull out sofa, a kitchenette , and a desk.

We have a crib and high chair available for your use, as well as six beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.
(Missing/broken beach gear is billed at an additional fee).

The home has an elevator for convenience (please make sure to carefully read elevator rules and instructions included in the welcome letter after you book)

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $40 per day (This covers our gas cost to heat the pool).

A starter kit of amenities is provided to get you going, after which, guests will provide for the remainder of the stay.
This includes one toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel, one dish sponge, one mini liquid dish soap, two dishwasher tabs, 4 trash bags, 2 packs laundry detergent and soap in each bathroom.

Our Home has A Keurig and a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster and kitchen supplies for cooking.


Please Note: Minimum age to book and stay at this property is 25. Families with kids are welcome. No student groups, events, bachelor/bachelorette parties or any other parties are allowed on the premises.
