THE BEACH: "Banyan Villa" is 2 miles from Jupiter Beach, luxury 3 bed 2 bath Single Family Home with a private swimming pool. Sleeps 8 - 2 King, 1 queen and a luxury King Air Bed.

OUTSIDE : The outdoor area offers a new swimming pool with sunshelf, colored LED lights, fabulous new tiki hut, Propane BBQ, outdoor dining and sunlounger area where you may spend your mornings enjoying the warm Florida sunshine with a nice cup of cappuccino, or enjoy the lovely tropical evenings with a nice cold glass of champagne! Pool heat is optional at $50 per day.

INSIDE:
You will notice Banyan Villa is spotlessly clean. It is new & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. You have a fully equipped and sensational new kitchen with double fridge, and all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Diners can sit at the dining table whilst chatting with your chef! Don't forget the huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms. 2 bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds and 1 bedroom offers a Queen size bed. All 3 bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location!

STARTER PACKS:
All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.

Harbourside Place is a short drive from the house where you can find wonderful shops and restaurants

ARRIVALS: Arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee..
We always welcome our guests in person to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a copy of your credit card. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave.
Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.
