Have fun with the whole family in our 3 1/2 bedroom/2 bath ranch home with room to sleep 8. The primary bedroom features a king bed overlooking the pool. Perfect for a family or quiet getaway complete with game room/bar, office space/FAST WI-FI just in case you have some work to do before heading out to the beach which is 6 miles away. The backyard is a getaway on it’s own complete with heated pool, grill and outdoor seating area.

Our stylish 3 1/2-bedroom sun-filled rooms have been tastefully decorated with brand-new furniture in an all new coastal theme. Several slider doors and big windows flood the space with loads of natural light, and ceiling fans throughout keep the Florida heat at bay.
The 3 bright bedrooms are decorated in soothing colors with a relaxed beach vibe. The master bedroom comes with a comfortable King-Size bed as well as a generous closet. Bedroom number 2 comes with a Queen bed and ample storage. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with comfy mattress. With 2 full size bathrooms this house has it all.
The open floor plan will be noticed as soon as you open the front door, inviting you to relax or entertain with the entire family. We have smart TV's that include local channels in almost every room in the house. Hi-speed WI-FI will naturally be provided as well throughout your stay. The entire family will enjoy the game room located just off the kitchen. Play MS PAC-MAN and try to beat the high score or enjoy a game of ping pong.
The private heated pool brings the WOW factor. Should you decide to leave this Floridian sanctuary, you'll have all your desired amenities within a short 6-mile radius with plenty to do and see for all ages!

About the owner: We are looking forward to retirement and fell in love with Bradenton after a few vacations. Our children are growing up and moving out of the house. I am a 4th grade teacher in Delaware.
Why this property? Bradenton is such a great area because it's got so much so close. Bradenton Beach, Coquina Beach and Anna Maria are 6 miles away. If you want to take a venture out further, Sarasota, Siesta Key and St Pete are close enough for a day trip. The house is perfect for our family of 6 and their growing families. We love coming to stay when we can but while we can't, we love other people making memories there.
