When you enter the 4 bedroom/3bath renovated home it has an open floor plan and an extensive outdoor Florida Room to watch the boats go by or even to bring your own! With large Banyan trees, Private heated pool, and 200ft of waterfront, you can spend time relaxing with friends, family and your favorite pet! THE SPACE:
When you enter this gated compound you will experience a serene space to enjoy your time away from home. With expansive grounds and a significant amount of water front this is a boaters dream to watch all of the mega yachts, sailboats, and boats pass by. A brand new heated pool and outdoor space will give you time to hang out with friends and family while you unwind.

Enjoy all the beautiful outdoor spaces The Oeste Inn has to offer! A brand new pool includes a sun platform and bench so you can enjoy your favorite beverage and watch the boats go by. Throw the football, bird and iguana watch, and lounge under our banyan trees. There is plenty of space to soak in the views, from the couch or corner nook on the screened in porch, stone table & benches on the stone patio, Adirondack chairs around the riverside fire pit, and even the possibility to catch large fish off the dock!

Area Information

The ranch style home has an open floor plan with expansive views of the New River, brand new furnishings, and gorgeous new flooring and bathrooms throughout. This way you can enjoy the property inside and outside!

The kitchen has everything you need, gas stove, dual oven & microwave, dishwasher, drip coffeemaker and french press with complementary coffee & tea. The family room has a flatscreen television, large sectional couch, reading area and the screened in porch is right off the kitchen & living room.

There's plenty of seating for dining and enjoying a home cooked meal all together. The dining area is right off the kitchen with seating for 8, there's seating for 3 at the kitchen island, or dine al fresco on the porch with seating for 8. The outdoor space includes a grill which can be utilized during your stay!
