Preferred Payment method is by Check. Once you have successfully completed this booking; a rental agent will call or email you from our office the next business day. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you for this reservation to be finalized.
If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental.

What a beautiful beach front condo. Totally renovated and owner spared no expense with this condo! Desired corner unit with extra square footage. Full size washer and dryer in the condo. Enjoy a view from the master bathroom shower with a one-way glass window inside the shower! The Master and Guest bedroom both have King Beds. The building has a heated pool, jacuzzi and a covered seating area. There are also tennis courts on the grounds. There is a restaurant next door or more available down the street. Shopping, restaurants, movies and mini golf about 15 min walk.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
