Preferred Payment method is by Check. Once you have successfully completed this booking; a rental agent will call or email you from our office the next business day. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you for this reservation to be finalized.
If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental.

You can walk to the beach, bypassing the lobby and stairs, in 60 seconds. And if that's not enough, there's also a pool right next door. New sound dampening windows were recently installed for a quiet interior. Come experience all that this large beach front condo has to offer and make memories that will last a lifetime.
Queen in master and twins in guest bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa for children. New walk-in tiled shower in master bathroom. Three TV’s, DVD player. Free Wi-Fi. Entire unit is tiled. Washer/dryer in the condo.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
