Welcome to Paradise, Marco Island, FL. Marco offers you a year-round, relaxing vacation on Southwest Florida's Gulf Coast. Marco has Florida's best weather with an average high temperature of 84 degrees and warm gulf water. Our lovely waterfront home is steps (approx 300 paces, or 0.1 miles) from Tigertail Beach, has it's own large pool, spacious lanai with gorgeous water view and dock. The home is air conditioned, and its western exposure is ideal for sunny afternoon pool activities and sunsets on Marco. Master bedroom has king size bed and an updated private bathroom with a large rain shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds which can be put together to create a king size bed and bathroom.

All rooms feature wonderful views of the water and pool area and you can even fish in the canal! Comes fully furnished with linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer.

For the price of a hotel room you can stay in a luxurious house with your own private kitchen, swimming pool. Once you have rented our house for a family vacation, or even a relaxing get-away for two, you will never want to go back to a hotel!

Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.”

Starting in 2023 HOUSES will have a $1000 Security Deposit to help cover any fines incurred by the tenant if violating the rental ordinance of the City of Marco Island. Deposits will be held for 30 days after tenant departs and mailed back after no violations found.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.

You pay VRBO a service fee when you book with your credit card. That money does not go to the Rental Agency. The payment for the condo/home will be made directly to the rental agency when they contact you for payment. The MIRP admin fee of $150 will be reduced to $50 if paying by check. Your payment schedule will not match Vrbo and the refundable security deposit is collected with your final payment not at property. WE will NOT communicate thru the VRBO messaging in their website. All communication comes thru email from our rental agents.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
