Our 2,354 sq ft penthouse condo has soaring ceilings and open concept living. Our home has been completely and tastefully remodeled from top to bottom. Enjoy life on the island right away as the fridge is stocked with water, the coffee bar is loaded and ready for a brewed pot of coffee, beans for grinding or a french-press. Singles are provided as well in every drawer at the coffee bar. Not to forget the tea lover, a tea stand is on the counter and ready for you! There are 2 living room areas and both feature flat screen televisions and wifi. Cozy up in the living room next to the huge screened lanai or chill in the den. If you'd like to play a game of checkers or chess? Challenge on! Just sit down and enjoy a great game! The primary master suite has its own private entrance to the screened lanai. The SECOND master-suite hosts a king bed and private bath as well. The bunk room has a full/full bunk bed and has a modern up to date feel! The couch in the blue living room is a queen pull-out sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress! There is a full laundry room and all your supplies are here as well. There is a 2 car private garage just for this penthouse. Bikes are provided. We provide a golf cart you can rent per the week. The pool has its own private grilling area. Unique Benefits
We just love the Gulf Coast of Florida! At home we have 3 rescue dogs, three children and 4 grandkids. We love to get away to our condo for short vacations 3 or 4 times a year and the 2400 sq ft made our decision easy to live here!! We just love the whole dynamic of this area! Family friendly, great night life, absolutely wonderful restaurants...and abundant sunshine!!

Our penthouse overlooks the gorgeous pool and hot-tub. This area is gated and has a covered tiki area. As there are full time residence here, please respect our neighbors. Our condo is less than 3 minutes to the Gulf Of Mexico white sand beaches. There are 2 public entrances with super easy access. Tigertail beach is a unique experience with its lush mangroves and of course the white sand beach! This is just a 7 minute drive as the entire island is less than 35mph. Great outdoor eating a restaurants at Esplanade Shoppes. It is a coastal oasis of retailers, specialty shops, and dining. Located on Smokehouse Bay, the shopping center has a coastal Italian-style atmosphere. You can sign up for private shelling and dolphin excursions. Key West Express leaves from Marco Island for a quick trip one of a kind trip. No car needed for this! Great shops and Great food abound on Marco Island!

After your journey to come to paradise at Marco Island, our Coastline Journey Get-Away, we have the fridge stocked with water, a coffee bar with fresh beans to grind for a pot of hot coffee or singles for just that individual cup. Some snacks for when you get here and tea area stocked for those that love a hot cup of tea!
We have a golf cart that can be rented by the week as well. A 2 car private garage with bikes. A private enclosed area with beach chairs, beach umbrellas & a coupe boogie boards!

About the owner: Hi! We are Midwesterner's: Polly and Bruce. We have been coming to Florida's Gulf Coast for years to vacation. We feel so in love with Marco Island and the friendly people. Every time we explored all the fantastic restaurants and the white-sand beaches here for truly remarkable vacations for years and finally bought a huge condo that could accommodate our family. We both enjoy our work and have 3 rescue dogs and 3 kids. Our home has been completely remodeled for very comfortable and tasteful living. We hope you enjoy our comfy home as much as we do! I love coffee so I've provided a coffee bar loaded with everything so after your travels you can have a cup of coffee. There is a tea stand on the kitchen counter and water in the fridge for your pleasure!
Why this property? We chose to buy our penthouse here because we kept coming back to the white sands of Marco Island! We want to share our experiences of paradise with others looking for a vacation get-away in paradise! Just 2 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico! A private 2354 sq ft penthouse condo with 2 master suites, a bunkroom and a pullout queen sofa sleeper. Sleeps 10 very comfortably. Added bonus: 2 car garage, bikes included and beach chairs. A pool and hot-tub and gorgeous views from your screened in lanai! A golf cart you can rent to explore the island!
