30 Day minimum, gated community with open parking. Walkable to many restaurants and shops on Sand Key. You can also hop on the Trolly and visit all of the other beach communities. Some of our guests don't find the need to have a vehicle during their stay.

Condo Association Application must be filled out and a $100 fee paid prior to arrival.
