This home is located less than 30 minutes to Disney! This South facing tropical oasis has been recently renovated with lots of upgrades & key points: new authentic bamboo flooring, new carpets in all bedrooms, wine/beverage fridge, high-quality mattresses, new 55-inch living room TV, new interior paint, fully furnished, gated & safe community.
Enjoy the Florida sun with your family in the private south-facing, gas heated pool and hot tub. Easy access to the poolside washroom located on the pool deck. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax indoors when you are ready to escape the sun or relax from a long day at Florida's most popular theme parks.
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family to whip up something special and enjoy in the two separate dining rooms. There is a wine fridge for those wine lovers who want to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner or even sit on the deck and enjoy the relaxing outdoors. After dinner, enjoy a family movie night on the 55 inch TV and large living room sofas. When it's time to unwind, retire to one of the two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private pool access in both master bedrooms.
Your spacious pool area is fully screened in with a private pool, spa, loungers, table, and chairs. You will also find a covered lanai which offers you that much needed shade to cool off in with a cold drink in hand! Your pool & spa can be heated for an additional fee of $40 per day(3 consecutive day minimum) and must be paid prior to checking in.

For all reservations, we do require a signed rental agreement and copy of photo ID-must be 25 yrs of age or older to rent.
Also, check out is 10am SHARP unless prearranged at time of booking. Anything after will enquire a $50 charge.
Pool/Spa heat is additional $40 a day (not included in nightly pricing) with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. If staying 28 days or more, pricing is $35 a day.

As advertised. House/Kitchen is fully equipped and house is clean and well appointed. (Kitchen just needs a pair of scissors).Internet is fast and reliable. Which is important because there is no cable TV -- just streaming/Roku.No landline phone either---so plan on using internet/wifi to stay in touch with family if you don't have a cell phone that is compatable with a US providerWould stay again.

Thanks for the review! However, the home does have cable TV as the TV's are smart ROKU TV's and you are to use the Spectrum apps to use the local cable for regular cable. I apologize that you didn't see that. We do look forward to having you again in the future!
