WE Love Fiddlers Creek. There is an incredible club and spa with many amenities. The small pool that is for Serena has a lovely feel to it, and all the residents are super friendly and very particular about care of the neighborhood.
The Publix on property is at the entrance on Rt 41, and is an incredible advantage, as its very time consuming to get to other grocery stores in Naples during season.
We love to go out for a bike ride in the morning, and have 4 bikes and one electric bike! We have 4 helmets. Its the best ever!

Two Golf Courses, a Disney Designed Club house and Pool, A private small pool for just the Serena Residents, Massages, Hot Tub, Gym, Yoga and Pilates classes right on property. Bicycling is huge in this community. We have 4 bikes and 4 bike helmets, and one small electric bike too!
Publix is right at the entrance off of Rt 41- just a few minutes walk, drive or bike ride!
Zoo is close by, and shopping is amazing. Look up the Waterside Shops in north Naples, and Mercato for shops, restaurants and Whole Foods.

About the owner: We are Fran and John Springer . We have owned for 16 years here in fiddlers Creek, and over 20 years in Naples Florida. . Fran is an ASID interior designer of 36 years, and John has been in construction for 40 years, and has his construction license in the state of Florida.
We have owned in Naples Florida for over 20 years, and love it here.
John and Fran are from Rochester NY., where they reside in the summer. We have been married for 45 years, and also have a place on Keuka Lake in the finger lakes and wine country. We love the outdoors, and wish to share our home with a couple that will treat it like their own, and to enjoy the splendid community and golf courses in Fiddlers Creek.
Why this property? We are renting this property because sadly we cannot be here this winter.
When we purchased it, it was decorator ready, which was pretty raw! We invested over $200K into it to finish it off, including wainscoting for architectural enhancement, Custom built in entertainment center and custom wallpapers, custom low voltage lighting, and marble & granite in the bathrooms.
It feels like a home inside, and is warm and inviting.
This special piece of nature on the edge of the everglades will surely satisfy the private nature lover and Golfers, and at the same time allow you easy access to open waters, the beach, fine dining, two golf course and wonderful shopping experiences.

Yes there are Two. One is casual called the Gator Grille. The other is more high end, and fine dining, called Caxambas.

This condo was just lovely. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and very quiet due to its second floor location. The screened in lanai provides the perfect place for alfresco dining, board games, drinks or quiet relaxing. The beautiful Fiddler’s Creek Community comes with neighborhood pools, exercise facility, hiking and biking trails and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave! We would gladly rent this condo again but we liked the area so much we bought a house there. This condo will not disappoint.
